CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
If you wish to request a cancellation immediately after placing the order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to approval depending on the order status.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from TheCozyFit. If you receive a size mismatch or face an issue with your order, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only if:

- Original tags, packaging, and seals are intact

- The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Exchange Process

Damaged / Incorrect Product
